I learned how sleeping could double the effectiveness of depression treatment. I’ve learned how most of the people who suffer depression have insomnia. This illness affects at least 18 million Americans every year. I’ve learned how everyone could treat this illness. You should have stimulus control, restriction and common sense. New vocabulary: -insomnia -ilness -stimulus control

November 25, 2013	Read a New York times article	Music. “Eminem and Lady Gaga Aim to Reclaim Their Relevance” http://artsbeat.blogs.nytimes.com/2013/11/08/popcast-eminem-and-lady-gaga-aim-to-reclaim-their-relevance/?ref=music&_r=0	On this article I've learned a lot about the intention of these singers. I learned how they try to focus on some tendencies to improve their songs. They tried to develop their music on their new albums to appeal the public.  They talk about family, fashion, sex and drugs in their songs. These albums are a combination of pop and art. New vocabulary -Tendencies -Aim -Rapping -Exchange

Final Reflection

What I need to do to improve my English is read more about things like news. This is how I can learn new vocabulary and this is how I can see the structure of the sentences correctly. I need to be concentrated when I read. This is how I can understand what the author means.

My plan for the future is to take another class in English. I don’t know if I am going to take it in Tec or somewhere else like Interlingua. I think this is one way to improve my English. I also need to hear music and read books in English. Otherwise I will forget what I’ve learned in this language.
Listening music is one way to hear the pronunciation of every word and every sentence. This is something that I need to develop my skills of talking. This is how I will get used to the language.
